Casita Capital was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves a fair shot at owning a home. Traditional lenders often turn away self-employed individuals, those recovering from bankruptcy, ITIN borrowers, or anyone whose financial story doesn’t fit a standard mold.

As a small, independent mortgage company, we have the flexibility to look beyond the numbers on paper and understand the person behind the application.
